Worried about how you may look on your wedding day?

How comfortable are you in front of the camera?

For many of us being photographed is an uneasy experience, and unless you are very famous or a professional model, you will be photographed on your wedding day more than any other day in your life. I can help you not only feel at ease in front of all those clicking shutters, but show you how to enjoy being the centre of all that attention.

Does it matter how I look in my wedding photos?

Well that’s up to you, but the most lasting aspects of any wedding are the memories and the photographs. With today’s cameras you don’t need to be a professional photographer to take great pictures. So it’s not just the official photographs that you’ll want to keep but also all those little gems captured by Auntie Mary or Uncle Fred - Heaven forbid even the video taken by cousin Mike!  Those photographs are going to be with you for a long time and will inevitably find their way onto various family “walls of fame”.But it doesn’t stop there. Whatever the future occasion, be it an informal snap or an important event, once you’ve had your “get to know yourself” photo-shoot you will instinctively remember how to interact with that camera so that it captures you in your best light.

How can you look your best in all those photos?

I’ll show you how to stand, how to move, how to smile. We’ll discover which colours suit you, which way your hair looks best, which angles work for a variety of expressions and quite simply what you need to do to look your best.

How is it done?

By having a “get to know yourself” photo-shoot.We will need about 2-3 hours (it’s great fun and the time flies). After some initial tuition, we’ll take loads of photographs stopping every 10 to 15 minutes to review the images on computer. In this way we will build your knowledge of what works best for you. You can try your hair up and down, learn the colours and angles that suit you best, and most of all learn how to feel at ease and enjoy reacting with the camera.

What will you get out of it?

You’ll learn the do’s and don’ts of having your photograph taken (being photogenic is no fluke - it’s just a question of knowing how to do it). You’ll find out how to have fun interacting with those cameras, confident that you will look great in the photographs that they produce. You will also find out how to manage your wedding photographer and ensure that he/she does all they can to make you comfortable and help you enjoy what can be a lengthy and tiring experience.By the end of our photo-shoot you will not want to stop having your photograph taken. You will have developed the confidence and know-how essential to a photographic model. The whole experience will set you up to know how to look, move and most of all enjoy your very special day.

P.S

We can cater for grooms, parents or bridesmaids or any member of the wedding party but each person is individual and each needs their own individual one to one shoot. For further information call Bob Jones on 01494 672399 or 07920 130 985Email: bob@lookgoodoncamera.com
